Three Ways To Create With Adidas | Clozette

Last week, we joined over 150 other women in Singapore at a women’s only fitness event by adidas Singapore. Dubbed ‘Three Ways to Create’, the event was packed with over six sessions at Dancevault Raffles.

We were treated to an immersive experience — a first in Singapore — where the fitness studio transformed according to the intensity of the workouts. adidas Singapore created three zones for the workouts using light projections. We were prompted on what to do next or to change the pace and setting of our workout through the changes in shapes and colours of the lights.

During the event, the latest adidas’ women’s training apparel range, Statement Collection, inspired by Stella McCartney, was launched. The collection comprises three sports bra styles engineered to support a range of different body types and training activities of all intensities — from yoga to HIIT. Plus, they feature distinctive floral camo and geometric prints for stand-out training looks.

The workouts we followed were designed in collaboration with functional fitness gym F45, and led by adidas Singapore Creators Michelle Sng (SEA Games 2017 gold medalist in high jump), Eugena Bey and Betsy Chen (pilates instructors and social influencers).

The Statement Collection is available in stores and online on adidas.com.sg/statementcollection
